Frangipani tree leaves turning brown

Question: 

           The leaves my Frangipani tree are going brown/black, what is the proble ?  What can I treat it with if anything.

Hi,

           As it is winter it is normal for frangipani trees to lose all or some leaves (depending on your climate).   So we think this is all that is happening.  The leaves tend to lose colour when they are about to drop and they get attacked by fungus which gives the leaves a black look.  This will not hurt the plant at all.
