Yucca "Bright Edge" is a plant that grows to around 1m. It has varigated leaves and a flower spike in Spring with a white flowers. Plants grow in a similar way to flaxes. "Bright Edge" is hardy and is great for waterwise gardens where shape and colour are important. Grows best in full sun in well drained soils. The leaves do not have sharp spines, like older varietes, but leaves are hard and upright. In areas with cool winters the leaves drop to the ground, we are not sure why this occurs, but the plant recovers in a few weeks once the warm weather starts again. (Yucca is also spelt Yukka by many) NSW,QLD,VIC,SA,WA.
