Olive trees grow to a height of between 5-7m,with a broad canopy and a short trunk.The foliage is a gray/green colour. They are Evergreen and have dense foliage. Olives can be easily trained into various shapes from Espalier to large Standard shapes. They can also be used as tall hedges. They are used in Contemporary style gardens for their unusual foliage colour and low maintenance nature.They are very waterwise once established and can live for hundreds of years.
