Yellow wave flax - Phormium sp
Flax with yellow/green floiage. Unusual looking flax that grows to just over 1m . Requires a temperate to sub tropical climate. Full sun to semi shade conditions. Requires moderate watering, not as hardy as older species, but worth the effort as they create a great foliage display. A rich well drained soil is required. Not suited to area of heavy frost. NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA.
