Lomandra longifolia is a strappy leaf plant that forms a clump. Longifolia grows to around 1m. There are many new varieties available in various sizes down to 20cm. Lomandras are generally very hardy plants and have few pests. They are very versatile will suit many garden styles. The terrific thing about Lomandra is that they require very little maintenance and minimal watering once established. The weeping leaves also maintain consistent colour, no matter where they are grown, in shade or full sun. A great plant to use in a mass planting.
